Clients may choose self-delivery or scheduled pickup. Our team will arrange the most cost-effective pickup plan based on cargo volume.

Chargable weight will be the greater value between actual weight and volumetric weight. Standard formula: Volumetric Weight (kg) = Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 6000. DDP service includes domestic pickup, export customs clearance, international transportation, destination customs clearance, duties & VAT and last-mile delivery. Extra expenses incurred by customs inspection or warehouse detention will be communicated and confirmed with clients in advance.

We accept compliant built-in batteries, 3C products, cosmetics and other sensitive items. For battery goods, UN38.3 test reports and MSDS are required. For cosmetics, liquids and powders, relevant registration documents shall be prepared in accordance with destination country regulations (e.g. SAHPRA for South Africa, MOH for Vietnam, FDA for Ghana).
