Door-to-door pickup service is available across the Pearl River Delta. Cargo from other cities can be delivered to our Guangzhou consolidation warehouse via domestic forwarding. Chargable weight will be the greater value between actual weight and volumetric weight. Standard formula: Volumetric Weight (kg) = Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 6000. DDP service includes domestic pickup, export customs clearance, international transportation, destination customs clearance, duties & VAT and last-mile delivery. We accept compliant built-in batteries, 3C products, cosmetics and other sensitive items. For battery goods, UN38.3 test reports and MSDS are required. For cosmetics, liquids and powders, relevant registration documents shall be prepared in accordance with destination country regulations (e.g. SAHPRA for South Africa, MOH for Vietnam, FDA for Ghana).
