Bond is mandatory document for US import customs clearance. Under our DDP service, relevant bond cost is already included in quotation.

Yes. We can consolidate goods from multiple vendors and make unified customs declaration with complete packing list and invoice.

What risk will happen if commodity description is too general?

Vague description may trigger customs inspection, cargo hold‑up or extra fine. Please provide detailed and real commodity name for customs declaration.

Will Friday International Logistics help check HS‑code for my commodities?

We can provide reference suggestions for HS code. Final HS classification is subject to customs authority. Customers shall take responsibility for code accuracy.

Will vessel routes be adjusted during peak season?

Carriers may adjust sailing routes or blank certain voyages in peak season. Our team will notify customers in advance once schedule changes are confirmed.

Do you support cross‑border B2B bulk cargo and small B2C parcels at the same time?

Yes. We serve both B2B wholesale bulk shipments and B2C small‑parcel dedicated‑line orders with separate channel resources.

Can goods be transshipped via third‑party countries during transportation?

Part of air and sea‑rail shipments will go through third‑party hub ports. All transshipment links follow international logistics compliance rules.

What is the advantage of your Mexico dedicated line compared with general freight?

Our Mexico DDP line supports commercial cargo, helps handle local customs documents, avoids random customs detention and provides stable door‑to‑door delivery.

Which transport mode is recommended for high‑value goods?

Air dedicated line is preferred for high‑value cargo. You are also suggested to purchase full‑value cargo insurance to reduce risk of loss or damage.

Do you have direct charter air freight service for hot‑sale overseas markets?

We cooperate with airline charters for Southeast Asia, North America and Africa. Charter space is limited and subject to space availability.

What is the difference between Matson express and ordinary ocean shipping to USA?

Matson express has faster sailing schedule and shorter port dwell time, but unit freight rate is higher. Ordinary ocean is more cost‑effective for non‑urgent shipments.
